**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Med Surg ICU - Nights!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 7301 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72903 - **Floor:** 3rd Floor - **Role:** RN - **Specialty:** ICU / CVICU / Surgical / Neuro – Mixed Unit - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Shift:** Night - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend - **Call Requirements:** No **Required Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS **Experience:** - 2+ years of nursing experience required **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 38 - **Patient Ratios:** 2/3:1 - **Equipment:** CRRT (a plus), vents, hemodynamics - **EMR:** EPIC **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Mandatory medication and math competency test for direct patient care providers - Exam covers commonly used drugs, actions, side effects, and correct dosages - Passing grade of 90%, retake allowed once; failure to pass may result in termination - **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - CCRN / SCRN - Open heart recovery - CRRT - **Type of Patients on Unit:** - Mixed Unit - Primarily medical, including neuro surgery and CV surgery patients - **Personality Fit:** - Team-oriented individuals - Nice people who thrive in a collaborative environment **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Black - **Unacceptable Attire:** No Hoodies **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
