**Join Us as an ER Acute Travel RN!** **Job Description** - **Position:** Acute Travel RN: Emergency Department - **Location:** Martinsville, VA - **Unit:** Emergency Department - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours - **Weekend Hours:** As Needed/Every Other - **Call Requirements:** As Needed **Why This Opportunity is Exciting:** - Be part of a dynamic team in a full-service, acute-care hospital! - Serve a diverse patient population from all age groups. - Work in a fast-paced environment with a 34-bed ER. - Engage in life-saving care for patients with diagnoses including Chest Pain, CHF, COPD, and more. - Collaborate with over 100 physicians and allied health professionals in a supportive environment. - Experience comprehensive patient care alongside advanced services like cardiac rehabilitation and oncology. **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in an ER acute hospital setting, with at least 1 completed travel assignment. - **Certifications Needed:** - ACLS - BLS - CPI/Handle with Care - NIH - PALS or ENPC - **Expertise & Skills:** - Proficiency in emergency care and acute settings - Compassionate and professional demeanor - Excellent team player with a positive attitude **Additional Information:** - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 - **Electronic Health Record:** Medhost - **Supervisor:** Jessica Tate, Director of Emergency Services - **Dress Code:** Scrub color of your choosing (no casual wear allowed). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
