**Exciting Opportunity for RN BMT/ONC in Cellular Therapies Unit!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a 51-bed unit specializing in the care of patients with blood cancers. - Work with patients receiving advanced treatments including chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies. - Experience a rotating schedule with various days of the week to keep your work life exciting! - Minimum of 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience required, with chemotherapy administration experience. Open to candidates with 1.5 years of experience. - No first-timers accepted, as we seek seasoned professionals ready to take on challenges. - Flexibility to work weekends based on unit needs. - Required certifications include: - AHA BLS - CO or Compact RN License - ONC certification - No on-call duties required. - Will need to float within scope to meet facility needs, including between BMT/Onc and CTU units. - Nurse-to-patient ratios of 3-4:1 may flex based on staffing and unit needs, so be prepared for a dynamic work environment. - Charting will be done using Epic for efficient patient management. - Scrub color: Navy - Potential to float to sister facilities based on needs in the metro region. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
