Now hiring for a Local Class B CDL Driver

Location: Indio, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Seeking a dependable Class B Driver for a local nighttime delivery route serving automotive dealerships. Drivers will operate an automatic transmission box truck, complete a freight swap, and make two delivery stops per route. This position involves unloading rolling cages, carts, and some larger automotive parts while providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.

Job Duties

• Drive a box truck on a local route from Indio to El Centro and Yuma, AZ
• Meet another driver in Indio to swap freight before deliveries
• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to dealership locations
• Offload rolling carts and rolling cages at delivery stops
• Hand unload larger or bulky automotive parts when required
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Ability to safely offload rolling carts, rolling cages, and bulky automotive parts

What You Will Do

As a Local Class B CDL Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The Local Class B CDL Driver supports supply chain operations by transporting freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires professional driving ability, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
