Pay & Bonuses

• Optimized Pay Structure: Earn either $60 per loaded run + $40 per empty move OR $0.75 per mile—whichever pays higher for your shift.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1400-1800
• Daily Minimum Guarantees:
  • Day Shift Guarantee: $200/day minimum
  • Night Shift Guarantee: $250/day minimum (Most drivers easily exceed the daily minimums)
• Sign-On & Orientation:
  • Orientation Pay: $500
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500

Job Details & Home Time

• Home Time: Home Every Day
• Duties: Shuttle trailers around the local Kansas City area
• Route Type: Local shuttle runs

Qualifications
