We’re looking for a dependable CDL Driver & Feed Mill Technician to support daily feed delivery operations and on-site mill activities. This role blends local driving with hands-on feed production and facility support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and serving local producers. Your work directly supports customer success through safe, timely deliveries and high-quality feed manufacturing.
Safely transport feed and agricultural products to customers within the local service area
Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and CDL requirements
Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Accurately handle delivery documentation and required records
Assist with feed mixing, batching, and manufacturing processes
Operate feed mill equipment safely while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
Load, unload, and clean trucks efficiently and safely
Support routing and distribution of feed to designated storage bins
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Represent the cooperative professionally through positive customer interactions
Perform general facility duties and other tasks as assigned
Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
Valid Class A CDL (additional endorsements preferred)
Strong driving safety record
Consistent attendance and dependable work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
Outdoor and indoor work in all weather conditions
Operation of manual transmission quad-axle trucks or semi-trucks
Frequent climbing in and out of trucks throughout the day
Ability to climb ladders to inspect truck loads
Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds
Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, loading, and equipment operation
Stable, full-time schedule with daytime hours
Local routes—home daily
Hands-on role with variety and responsibility
