About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Truck Driver for a local delivery position in Avenel, New Jersey. This opportunity offers hourly pay and light-touch freight handling.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $28 per hour plus OT after 40
• Estimated weekly gross: $1,200
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 11 am to 8 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. 45-50 hours per week

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery. PA deliveries and pickups.
• Freight handling: Light to no touch.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A vehicle safely and professionally.
• Complete local delivery routes in a timely manner.
• Handle freight using light-touch procedures.
• Follow all applicable transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain reliable communication and professional service throughout each delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• CDL Class A license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Consistent work history
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
