About the Position

TransForce is seeking a professional CDL A Shuttle Driver for a local, home-daily position in Fremont. This direct-hire opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, modern equipment, competitive pay, and benefits available from Day 1.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $33.75 per hour
• Average weekly pay: $1,450
• Hours per week: 40
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Consistent pay increases
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Home daily
• Anticipated start date: June 1, 2026

Job Details

• Equipment: 53-foot trailers and late-model, well-maintained equipment

• Move trailers in and out of loading doors

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local shuttle runs and move 53-foot trailers in and out of loading doors.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate driving and work logs.
• Secure loads and verify trailer conditions.
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience.
• Experience operating 53-foot trailers.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
