Pay & Incentives
- Average $1,500 per week
- Top drivers average $1,800+ weekly

- Paid ride-along training at $100/day
Position Details
- Home daily with 2 non-weekend days off
- 70% drop & hook / 30% driver unload using an electric pallet jack
- Dry van freight with occasional reefer loads
- Deliveries throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
- Average 3–5 loads and 5–7 stops per day
- Average 200–300 miles daily
- Average 1,000–1,500 miles weekly
- Slip-seat day cabs
- On-site support staff available during working hours
Schedule
- Assigned start times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- Afternoon and evening operation
- Weekend work required for new drivers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Must live within the Monroe hiring area (ZIP 45044)
- Personal transportation to and from the terminal
- Clean MVR
- Clean background
- Strong work ethic
- Not SAP Friendly
