Local Class A Shuttle Driver – No-Touch Freight

If you are completely done with living out of a cramped sleeper berth, eating truck stop food, and missing out on everything happening at home, this is your way out.

We have an immediate opening for a local shuttle driver running directly out of the Pueblo Distribution Center. No endless weeks on the road, and no stressing over whether you'll get enough miles to pay the bills. You just show up, do your daily runs, and head home to sleep in your own bed every single night.

What's in It for You?

  • Weekly Pay: Bring home a steady, dependable average of $1,300 gross every week.
  • Zero Freight Handling: This is 100% no-touch freight. You'll be doing simple drop-and-hook or basic shuttle runs. No breaking your back or throwing boxes in the heat.
  • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, paid time off, and a company-matching 401(k) plan. All of this starts up after your first 60 days. Plus, you get 24/7 support from a local dispatch team.

Who Can Apply?

  • Where You Live: You must live within 40 miles of Pueblo, CO (Zip Code: 81001).
  • Experience Tiers:

    • Trainees: Brand new drivers with 0 months of experience are completely welcome to apply—you just need to have your valid Class A CDL.
    • Experienced: If you're coming in with experience, you need at least 6 months of OTR in the last year, or 12 months in the last 5 years (local Class A experience counts toward this too!).
  • Background & Safety: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, and a clean driving record with no major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
  • Screening: You must hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card, and be able to pass a mandatory hair and urine drug screen.
  • NOTE : Not SAP Friendly.

Your Daily Routine & Schedule

  • Home Time: 100% Home Daily. When your shift is done, you clock out and go home.
  • The Work: You'll run local loops within Colorado, averaging about 2 shuttle turns a day starting right out of the Pueblo DC.
  • Shifts & Hours: This terminal runs around the clock, so you need to be flexible enough to handle both day and night shifts depending on what is needed.
  • The Schedule: You'll work at least 5 days a week. Because retail never stops, weekend work and holiday shifts are a standard part of the rotation.
  • The Drive: Since we are in Colorado, you need to be comfortable handling changing local routes, winter mountain driving when the weather turns, and standard holiday dispatches to keep things moving.
