Detroit’s Colony Club is looking for a Lobby Attendant/Security Guard to provide an excellent tenant experience. All applicants must be able to take direction well, work well with others, have strong customer service skills, and have a professional appearance. All applicants must pass a background check. Previous lobby attendant/security guard experience is preferred. Schedule is firm for Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, from 11pm to 7am, 4 days per week = 32 hours. - Greet tenants and vendors in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure to the building
- Provide tenants and vendors with information pertaining to the building
- Light janitorial work required – running floor machines through hallways, removing garbage, etc.
- Report any suspicious activity to the manager on duty
- Log incoming packages
- Log any guests and vendors of the building
- Monitor security cameras
- Maintain a clean and safe lobby environment
- Walk the floors of the building, make manager on duty aware of any building issues

Requirements - Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
