Responsibilities:
- Reviews all documentation related deals submitted for credit review.
- This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to approval.
- Works with Sales Managers to assist in resolving potential problems with pending deals.

- Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of MS Excel software and MS Word software and Email.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of loan processing experience preferred.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.
- High school diploma or GED required.
