Loan Servicing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist in Baltimore, MD. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

• Process and support consumer lease maintenance requests.
• Assist with account maintenance and vendor follow-up.
• Respond to all emails and phone calls from vendors, members, and third parties.
• Research and resolve lease servicing issues.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to pick up on new technology quickly
• Ability to multitask
• Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of loan or banking experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
