If you have experience in consumer lending and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and consumer lending experience. As a Loan Quality Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our consumer loan portfolio. You'll work closely with internal teams, members, vendors, and regulatory agencies to support the loan process from funding through servicing, while helping maintain the high standards our members expect.What You'll DoReview direct and indirect consumer loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Verify loan documentation, funding requirements, collateral protection insurance, and loan servicing activities.Maintain vehicle titles and liens, ensuring timely recording and resolution of lien-related matters.Process loan adjustments, including extensions, modifications, payment changes, and rate adjustments.Monitor audit reports to ensure loan packages are complete, accurate, and properly archived.Prepare Letters of Guarantee and file Powers of Attorney (POAs).Review and process correspondence from Departments of Motor Vehicles, insurance companies, and vendor partners.Respond to member and employee inquiries, providing timely resolutions to consumer loan-related issues.Ensure all activities comply with Educational Systems FCU policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, NCUA, and other regulatory requirements.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED), Associate degree preferred. At least two years of experience with processing vehicle title liens and releases Ability to pay specific attention to detail for extended periods of timeMust have strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to be diplomatic respectful and helpful when sharing errors made by colleagues in a non-threatening, constructive manner. Must have a working knowledge of lending operations, loan adjustments and corrections.Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-tasks, be proactive and have the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneouslyMust be a team player who is flexible and dependable. PC proficient including Microsoft Word and ExcelBasic mathematical skills involving adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, decimals, percentages, fractions etc. required.
