Your Next Big Career Move: Loan Processing Specialist located in Hartland, WI. This role is hybrid.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a positive contribution to your team? Reporting to the Office Manager, the Loan Processing Specialist prepares, reviews and processes loan documentation. The Loan Processing Specialist provides excellent telephone etiquette and administrative support to JX Financial. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Prepare, review, and proof direct loan documents, extensions, rewrites, and leases for Finance & Insurance Sales Representatives to ensure complete accuracy.
• Review post-close deals for proper execution and compliance, following up on title and lien perfections to fulfill legal requirements.
• Complete funding documentation and submit finalized deal packages to lending institutions for timely financial transaction processing.
• Manage customer insurance data entry, process policy updates, and track policy expirations, cancellations, and renewals.
• Set up physical customer files and labels, scanning insurance and deal documentation for accurate electronic storage.
• Communicate proactively with dealerships to resolve documentation deficiencies and ensure smooth processing workflows.
• Stay current on finance and insurance regulations, documentation requirements, and industry best practices.
• Greet clients professionally, answer inquiries with quality phone etiquette, and provide administrative support to the JX Financial team.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High School or Equivalent. Post-High School education preferred, but not required
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in loan documentation or loan processing required.
• Have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate experience with Google Applications is preferred
• A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Salary Description

$23 - $26/hour (Depending on Experience)
