Description
A reputable, non-profit financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused BilingualLoan Servicing Associate to support loan administration and servicing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining loan records, reviewing documentation, monitoring collateral and insurance requirements, resolving loan exceptions, supporting credit reporting activities, and delivering exceptional service to borrowers. The schedule for this position is M-F 8:30am-5pm on-site in downtown Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Associate:
Loan Documentation & Exception Management
- Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with lending policies and procedures
- Conduct post-closing reviews and maintain loan documentation records
- Collaborate with lending and closing teams to obtain required documentation
- Prepare reports related to outstanding documentation and servicing issues
- Assist with credit bureau reporting processes
- Verify collateral perfection through post-closing reviews
- Serve as a primary point of contact for borrower servicing inquiries
- Process insurance policy updates, renewals, and coverage changes
