Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Loan Operations Manager opportunity with a growing community bank.  The Loan Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day administration of the loan operations department, ensuring accurate loan processing, servicing, documentation, boarding, maintenance, and reporting activities. 

The Commercial Loan Operations Manager isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, managing staff performance, and supporting the bank's lending objectives while safeguarding assets and minimizing operational risk.
  • Lead and supervise loan operations staff.
  • Manage LaserPro Admin activity to ensure loan documents accurately reflect the banks approval and loan policies. 
  • Oversee loan boarding, funding, payment processing, modifications, and payoffs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of loan records.
  • Monitor collateral tracking and insurance requirements.
  • Review exception reports and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure accurate system data and loan documentation.
  • Oversee the bank's loan tickler and exception tracking systems to ensure timely monitoring of required loan documentation, collateral documentation, insurance renewals, UCC continuations, and covenant compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 5 to 10 years of commercial loan operations or loan servicing experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, consumer and real estate lending operations.
Pay Rate Range: $140,000 - $170,000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
