We’re looking for an experienced Loan Operations Specialist to support our lending team by ensuring loans are prepared, processed, and maintained with precision. This role is a great opportunity for someone who brings strong experience in operations, leadership, management, or another detail-oriented field and is ready to apply those skills in the banking industry.

This position plays a critical part in the customer experience—working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly from application to funding and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans
• Book, fund, and maintain loans with a high level of accuracy
• Support escrow processes, including disbursements for taxes and insurance
• Partner with lenders and internal teams to ensure timelines and documentation requirements are met
• Monitor loan files and accounts to ensure compliance and completeness
• Assist with reporting, account balancing, and process improvements
• Serve as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for team members and lending staff
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and help keep processes organized and moving forward
