Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Originate residential mortgage loans through self-generated leads
- Drive new business through cold outreach, calls, and pipeline-building activities
Loan Processing & Collaboration
- Partner closely with underwriters to move deals through to close
- Maintain clear communication across the team to keep files on track
Marketing & Accountability
- Participate in a company-supported fractional marketing program that provides scripts, cold-call tasks, and structured accountability
- Leverage company resources to ramp up production quickly
Qualifications
- Active mortgage industry experience strongly preferred — ideally a producing loan officer with existing volume
- Candidates from underwriting, mortgage assistance, or commercial mortgage backgrounds looking to move into sales will be considered
- A mortgage license is required; candidates in the process of getting licensed from a related background will be considered
- Collaborative mindset and a genuine team-first attitude
