Position Summary
The Loan Modification Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end loan modification or payoff process. This role ensures loan modification milestones, workflows, and documentation progress accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal requirements. The position serves as the operational owner of the modification lifecycle and acts as the primary liaison across Servicing, Legal, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, and Systems teams.

Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelors Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred
Experience: Minimum five years experience in a variety of different roles is required.
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, as well as the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation.
Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
Environmental: Office environment - moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Schedules: Work is primarily performed during the business week, Monday - Friday
