LIQ Trainer:
The ideal person needs deep operational Loan IQ knowledge.
Someone who actually uses the system, understands the screens and fields, knows how to book loans and make changes, and can train end users.
The search is specifically for a hands-on Loan IQ operations/training expert,

Need someone who understands Loan IQ deeply and can translate that knowledge into effective training.

Required:
Need this person to have knowledge of Loan IQ functionality and specifications
Should know How the system works from an operational-user perspective
Should know How Loan IQ integrates with other systems
The day-to-day needs of operational users
How to train and mentor users effectively
How to create training materials, including PowerPoint presentations

Delivery Manager
PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.

DUTIES
" Facilitate project meetings
" Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
" Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
" Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
" Liaison with leadership as needed

TOP SKILLS
" 5 years of project or product delivery
" Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
" Excellent written and oral communication skills
" Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
" Experience working in Agile environment

NICE TO HAVE
" Operations experience
" LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge

SOFT SKILLS
" Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
" Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
" Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
