Job Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Review loan contracts and funding documents for accuracy and completeness
Verify that all required documentation is received before funding
Review titles and monitor title work through completion
Identify missing information, errors, discrepancies, and compliance issues
Communicate with dealerships to correct documentation and resolve funding issues
Process and fund completed loans accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Work closely with the funding and operations team to keep deals moving
Follow up on outstanding titles and documentation
Help identify potential problems before they become bigger problems
Provide excellent service to our dealer partners while maintaining strong compliance standards
Qualifications

Have experience in office administration, finance, banking, dealership operations, loan processing, or a related field.
Are organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Have strong attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.
