ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Assumes responsibility for the making sure loans are booked and maintenance.
Books loans received into the Loan Central Department, while maintaining the service levels established. In addition, disburses all fees into the appropriate income accounts. Monitors that all Deeds of Trusts have been recorded prior to disbursement.
Helps manage the Central Maintenance box, making sure all requests are processed and communicated to the branches.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relations with lending personnel.
Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
Obtains and conveys information as needed.
3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Loan Central personnel and with management.
Coordinates activities and obtains or conveys information as needed.
Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Maintains the professional reputation of D.L. Evans Bank.
Promotes D.L. Evans Bank at all times
Serves as a representative for D.L. Evans Bank in the community.
Keeps work area clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Attends meetings as required.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
1. Loans are booked and maintenance is completed in a timely manner, while maintaining the department's service level agreement.
2. Monitor the Central Maintenance box to help ensure requests are being done in a timely manner.
3. Miscellaneous clerical functions are efficiently and effectively completed.
4. Professional working relations exist with branch personnel. Assistance is provided as needed. Questions are answered courteously and promptly.
5. Good working relations and communications exist with Loan Central personnel, branches and with management. Assistance and support are provided as needed. Management is appropriately informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent ,18 years of age.
Education/Experience Preferred: 1–2 years of banking preferred.
Knowledge of general loan documentation.
Familiarity with loan programs and requirements.
Skills/Abilities: Accurate and attentive to detail.
Well organized, strong typing skills, ability to assist others.
Able to use computers, adding machines, copy machines, and basic business equipment.
