    Position Summary
    The Loading Technician is responsible for safely receiving, transporting, storing, and issuing raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. This position supports production by maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment, and following all safety and quality standards.
    Essential Functions
    • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials.
    • Transport materials between receiving, inventory, production, packaging, and shipping areas.
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.
    • Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, ERP transactions, cycle counts, and audits.
    • Supply production areas with materials and remove scrap and finished goods as needed.
    • Inspect materials for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies.
    • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
    • Follow all company safety, quality, Lean, and 6S procedures.
    • Cross-train and perform other logistics duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    Required
    • Manufacturing or warehouse experience.
    • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
    • Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
    Preferred
    • Forklift certification.
    • Experience with ERP systems.
    • Lean, 6S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma training.
