Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all inbound and outbound deliveries at the construction site loading dock.
• Supervise and manage loading dock personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate carrier schedules and manage delivery and pickup times.
• Monitor inventory flow and ensure construction materials are received, organized, and distributed appropriately.
• Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, delivery drivers, and construction crews.
• Prevent and resolve loading dock bottlenecks to maintain smooth material movement.
• Enforce workplace safety, security, and material-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and surrounding work areas.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and material movement.
• Follow site management instructions and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Assist with prioritizing deliveries and coordinating materials according to construction schedules.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loading dock management, warehouse operations, logistics, or construction site material coordination.
• Previous experience in a new construction or commercial construction environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and material-handling practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment.

Shifts:

• Monday-Saturday
• 7am-5pm
