Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist paint line performance by hanging/removing parts and material from load bar.
Record pieces, hours, and load bar information on the computer.
Perform carrying and lifting of parts to hang or unhang from the painting production line.
Conduct visual inspections of material before and after painting.
Engage in miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting.
Maintain components and supplies for efficient operation.
Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs occasionally by stooping, reaching, and bending.
Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
Work as part of a team responsible for assembling an entire product or component of a product.
Ability to reach, grasp, bend, and manipulate.
Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve hours) and perform repetitious tasks.
