Job Details:
What You’ll Do:
Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
Shipment Verification: Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
Inventory & Staging: Ensure items are correctly labeled, staged for delivery, and assist with inventory counts and damage checks.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized loading area while following all safety procedures and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus (may be required).
Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic.
