TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Loaders in Baytown, TX!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-person / Cold storage warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate counterbalance forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate placement of all items in designated storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Other related duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required.
• Must adapt to fast-paced environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in cold storage environments, including temperatures as low as -10°F.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods as required.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Fast learner, adaptable, safety conscious.

Pay rate: $19 per hour

Schedule:4 ten-hour shifts (4 10’s), 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
