Schedule: 3:30 PM - 12 AM

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or production experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify shipment discrepancies
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to work in a loud, non-temperature-controlled warehouse
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures

Job Duties

• Apply protective materials to outbound shipments
• Follow packaging and load-securement instructions
• Inspect freight for quality, accuracy, and documentation compliance
• Accept or reject loaded trailers based on established standards
• Verify securement materials and applicable expiration dates
• Apply appropriate mats for domestic and export shipments
• Confirm the correct products and trailer numbers
• Inspect trailers for damage, contamination, and debris
• Complete warehouse and shipping documentation
• Photograph secured, completed, and sealed trailers
• Report quality or trailer concerns to management
• Coordinate with dock managers, supervisors, office staff, and drivers
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
