    Description

    Hybrid role - 3 days onsite weekly 
    Duration:1 yr with extensions based on client need and performance. 

    The Position
    The Training System Specialist serves as a point of contact for Training & Enablement system administrative needs and requests.
    Collaborates effectively with RDC Training & Development Stakeholders such as Managers, Trainers, field personnel, customers and others as needed. Consults on all topics associated with processes, operations, and execution of training requests.
    Partners with colleagues/stakeholders as needed for additional guidance on operational support, standards, issue resolution and escalation, when required.
    Follows and promotes best practice approaches that drive compliance and role requirements.
    Effectively communicates any process improvement opportunities aligned to the Training & Development strategy.

    Responsibilities: 
    Enables Training & Development overall success by processing requests for Enablement & Technology Administration with a focus on systems
    Process requests for users/customers
    Sends personalized messages, manages CRM, LMS and LXP source system data to ensure accuracy.
    Processes enrollment requests in LMS/LXP as requested
    Process training assignments in LMS/LXP as requested
    Processes requests for learner support
    Provides on-going learner support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, progress monitoring (reporting), and visibility to company teams of learner progress
    Serves as a point of contact for learning programs and engages with trainers, developers, managers and field personnel as needed
    Provides information, data and/or analysis as requested ensuring a high level of customer service to learners and stakeholders.
    Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality systems and processes as well as achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
    3+ years of training systems experience is required.
    Proficient in SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or other Learning Management System is required.
    Proficient in Microsoft tools and/or Google Suite is needed.
