 Core Responsibilities
 The specialist is expected to cover:

• Manage and administer LMS platforms (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
• Virtual training implementation
• Online courseware/content development
• LMS integration with third-party systems
• Data migration
• SCORM configuration
• Power BI and LMS reporting
• Help desk / user support
• Workforce competency assessments
• 508 accessibility support
• LMS modernization recommendations

 
Required Qualifications

• 10+ years with federal LMS systems
• Strong technical support + web development + programming + information security
• LMS platform expertise (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT / CS / related field
• Industry certifications
• Strong communication and customer support skills
