    Role Summary

    • Lead the design and implementation of labor forecasting methodologies.
    • Develop workforce planning processes and labor optimization strategies.
    • Support distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to establish dynamic labor planning capabilities.
    • Align workforce demand with operational requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess current labor planning and workforce management processes.
    • Design labor forecasting models based on:
      • Historical volumes.
      • Demand patterns.
      • Seasonality.
      • Customer service requirements.
      • Operational constraints.
    • Develop dynamic labor planning methodologies for:
      • Distribution Centers (DCs).
      • Warehousing operations.
      • Transportation operations.
      • Shared service organizations.
    • Define labor standards and productivity baselines.
    • Establish workforce capacity planning processes.
    • Support labor budgeting and staffing recommendations.
    • Create demand-to-capacity planning frameworks.
    • Develop labor planning governance and operating models.
    • Partner with operations leaders to validate:
      • Forecasting assumptions.
      • Productivity targets.
      • Staffing requirements.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Experience with labor management and workforce management solutions, including:

    • Strong understanding of:

    • Experience in:
