The Work
You''ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You''ll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
What You Need
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required - we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
- Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required - this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon-Fri 3-8 PM
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$35-$45 USD
