The Work

You''ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You''ll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.

What You Need

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required - we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
  • Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required - this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon-Fri 3-8 PM

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Active NPI and CAQH

Pay Range

$35-$45 USD
