Live-Out Nanny - West Village, NYC
A warm family in the West Village is seeking an experienced, loving, and dependable live-out nanny for their 4-month-old baby boy. Both parents work and are looking for someone nurturing, proactive, and knowledgeable about infant care and developmental milestones.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for the baby
- Maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines
- Plan age-appropriate activities that support development
- Take the baby on walks and to local classes and activities
- Prepare and clean bottles and baby-related items
- Handle the baby's laundry and keep nursery/play areas organized
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the baby's day
Qualifications:
- Significant professional infant-care experience
- Excellent, verifiable references
- Knowledge of infant development and safety
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Familiarity with New York City and the West Village
- Reliable, punctual, warm, and professional
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
