Live-Out Housekeeper (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $40-$45 per hour (DOE)

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health Insurance Stipend

Position Overview:

A private household is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented live-out housekeeper to maintain a well-run, organized, and welcoming home. Please note: Home has a lot of stairs as it is a townhouse. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys being around children, and collaborates well with other household staff. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities Include:

• Daily and deep cleaning of the home with exceptional attention to detail
• Full laundry care (washing, folding, ironing, organization)
• Maintaining household organization and cleanliness standards
• Accepting and managing packages and deliveries
• Working cooperatively with other household staff
• Communicating clearly with principals regarding household needs, supplies, and priorities
• Creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for children

Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 5 years professional housekeeping experience in a private home
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoys working in a home with children
• Team player who works well with other staff
• Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet
• Excellent verbal communication skills
