- Provide attentive, nurturing care and ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times
- Support age-appropriate developmental milestones through engaging educational and enrichment activities
- Create and maintain routines that promote healthy development, learning, and independence
- Plan and implement activities that encourage cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
- Partner closely with parents to understand and support family values, preferences, and parenting goals
- Monitor developmental progress and proactively identify opportunities for growth and learning
- Assist with nursery organization, children's laundry, and maintaining child-related spaces
- Serve as a positive role model while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Proven ability to support developmental milestones and create enriching learning experiences
- Confident, capable, and proactive with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
