The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and experienced in legal support within financial services or equipment leasing./pp /ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliCoordinate document collection, preservation, organization and production for litigation, bankruptcy, recovery, regulatory and dispute matters./liliTrack deadlines, court dates, litigation holds, discovery obligations, limitation periods, and matter milestones./liliMaintain matter trackers, including status, pleadings, deadlines, discovery requests, and action items./liliPrepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and court filings./liliSupport litigation holds, custodial interviews, document preservation, and e-discovery coordination./liliCoordinate with outside counsel, internal teams, and vendors to support timely matter progress./liliPrepare matter summaries, reports, settlement documents and status reports./liliAssist with subpoena responses, third-party requests, and internal investigations./li/ululliManage documentation for defaults, charge-offs, recoveries, repossessions, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor matters./liliPrepare proof of claim packages, legal referral files, default notices, acceleration notices, and recovery packages./li/ululliManage legal workflows, including intake, review, approval routing, execution, and follow-up./liliAdminister legal request tools, repositories, and operations systems./liliTrack legal metrics such as cycle times, matter volumes, outside counsel activity, legal spend, and document completion./liliIdentify process improvement, automation, standardization, and self-service opportunities./liliMaintain policies, playbooks, procedures, templates, compliance trackers, certifications, and process documentation./liliSupport audits, regulatory exams, compliance assessments, due diligence requests, and legal file reviews./liliCoordinate policy review cycles, approvals, and policy-change communications./liliMonitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and flag needed updates./li/ul/div/divdiv style=padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparentdiv style=font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-wordH2 style=font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0pxbWho are you?/b/H2/divdivpDo you dream big? For this position, the base pay is set at $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.
