This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work while collaborating closely with attorneys and fellow legal support staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, revise, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, case management statements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Manage California state and federal court filings, including e-filing and service requirements.
  • Maintain attorney calendars, docket deadlines, and litigation timelines.
  • Independently handle docketing and calendaring responsibilities.
  • Prepare engagement letters, new matter intake forms, and client-related documentation.
  • Process expense reports and assist with administrative billing functions.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and client calls.
