This is a full-time, in-office Litigation Legal Secretary position requiring at least 5+ years of experience and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Daily responsibilities include supporting attorneys with legal and administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing litigation deadlines, filing in courts, preparing legal documents, coordinating court appearances, and handling legal filings.
Additional duties involve organizing and managing legal documents, assisting with deposition and trial prep, communicating with court personnel, clients, and vendors, and providing administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic document management, and litigation procedures is essential. Preference for candidates with insurance defense or related litigation experience.
