The position is for a Litigation Secretary in a regional law firm’s Corona office with a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities include
- file management and document production
- extensive e-filing experience in administrative, state, and federal courts
- drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence
- client, court, and attorney communication
- knowledge of court rules and civil procedures
- legal calendaring using Juralaw and similar programs
- managing multiple calendars, appointments, and travel
- preparing travel and expense reimbursements

Requirements include - high school diploma or GED, with preferred associates or bachelor's degree
- strong Microsoft Office, Coyote timekeeping, and DMS (iManage) skills
- at least 3 years of litigation secretary experience with multiple attorneys; knowledge of transactional law and hearings is a plus
