Litigation Practice Support Specialist

A respected law firm is seeking a Practice Support Specialist with 3+ years of litigation experience to support a busy Health Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Manage court filings, case deadlines, and attorney calendars
• Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and travel
• Process invoices and expenses
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case management and high-quality client service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation legal support experience
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in health law or medical malpractice is a plus
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
