Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office/2 remote after training period

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys managing complex matters, and can confidently support attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain active litigation caseloads in collaboration with attorneys
  • Draft, prepare, and revise litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, trial materials, and correspondence
  • Monitor court dockets, deadlines, and electronic filing notifications to ensure timely case progression
  • Support discovery efforts, including document review, organization, production, and privilege log preparation
  • Coordinate deposition logistics, prepare exhibits, and assist with trial preparation
  • Organize and manage high-volume document productions from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Track case activity, deadlines, and litigation milestones using spreadsheets and case management tools
  • Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm environment
  • Strong familiarity with Washington state and federal court filing procedures, court websites, and e-filing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and legal technology platforms
