Personal Injury Litigation ParalegalScottsdale, Arizona | KRLG Injury LawyersResponsibilitiesManage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and correspondence.Prepare shell pleadings and assist attorneys with legal research.Coordinate court filings in state and federal courts.Calendar litigation deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial dates.Track statutes of limitation and other critical deadlines.Organize case files and maintain accurate documentation within our case management system.Coordinate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibit organization, witness files, and courtroom logistics.Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the litigation process.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff personal injury preferred).Thorough knowledge of Arizona court rules, litigation procedures, e‑filing, and docket management.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency with technology, including Filevine or a comparable case management system.BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience.Health, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD insurance.Paid Time Off and paid holidays.401(k) with employer matching.Opportunities for advancement as our firm continues to grow.In‑person position.To ApplyPlease send your resume to kat@kurtzriley.com.Equal Employment OpportunityKRLG Injury Lawyers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
