    Position Summary

    Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in litigation and ERISA-related matters. This role involves legal research, case management, document preparation, discovery coordination, and trial support while ensuring smooth case progression and deadline compliance.

    Core Duties

    • Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and third parties to collect information and documentation
    • Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis and PACER
    • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and correspondence
    • Organize case files, manage litigation timelines, and maintain calendars
    • Review, manage, and coordinate document production during discovery
    • Assist with federal/state court filings and administrative submissions
    • Support trial, arbitration, and deposition preparation, including exhibits
    • Utilize document management and litigation support software

    Required Background

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation or related practice areas
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with document execution and PDF editing tools

    Preferred Experience

    • Notary certification
    • Familiarity with document management systems and billing software
    • Experience with litigation support tools (e.g., CaseMap, TrialDirector)
    • Federal court filing experience
    • Exposure to ERISA, employment law, or commercial litigation
