    Performance Objectives

    • Own discovery on construction-defect and commercial matters so every production, privilege log, and deposition file is complete and on time.
    • Prepare trial-ready exhibit and witness binders that attorneys can use in court, mediation, or arbitration with zero last-minute gaps.
    • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motion papers that partners file after only light edits.
    • Calendar and track every court, arbitration, and client deadline so the team never misses a filing or appearance.
    • Coordinate depositions, site inspections, and mediations so they run on schedule and within budget.
    • Deliver targeted legal research and case summaries that attorneys cite in strategy sessions and client updates.

    Environment & Resources

You report to litigation partners and work side-by-side with associates in a collaborative, hybrid Center City office. You will use the firm’s case-management platform, standard e-discovery tools, and a shared support staff. The firm provides medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability coverage, and a 401(k) match.

    Essential Qualifications

    • 3+ years as a litigation paralegal in a law-firm setting, preferably Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
    • Proven ability to manage multi-party discovery and produce organized, complete files under tight deadlines.
    • Strong legal-writing skills that produce court-ready drafts.
    • Construction, real-estate, or community-association experience is a plus.
