One of New York's top personal injury law firms is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team.  This is a full-time, on-site position based in our New York Office.

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and compassionate to experience to our clients.  We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Client service is at the heart of what we do, so strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust are essential.  If you are experienced, highly organized, and passionate about helping other, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all key deadlines and statues of limitations are met
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including:
    • Notice of Claims
    • Summons and Complaints
    • Bill of Particulars
    • Discovery Demands and Responses
    • Notes of Issue
    • Subpoenas
    • Trial preparation materials
  • Electronically file legal documents in compliance with NYS and NYC court rules 
  • Prepare demand packages and support attorneys with discovery and case development
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal handling New York cases
  • Strong understanding of NYS and NYC statutes, court rules, and legal procedures
  • Experience with electronic court filing systems in New York
  • Familiarity with SmartAdvocate (preferred but not required)
  • NYS Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrates empathy, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset
  • Punctual, accountable, and committed to going the extra mile for clients and colleagues
