LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Jacksonville. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys managing complex litigation matters and playing a key role in case strategy and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery documents
Manage case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert witness scheduling
Analyze, organize, and summarize medical records, chronologies, claim files, and discovery materials
Prepare trial exhibits, witness files, and pre-trial materials
Conduct legal research and assist with fact investigations
Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications
3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
Insurance defense experience is required
Strong knowledge of Florida state court procedures and e-filing
Experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management platforms
