A distinguished Personal Injury Law firm in Beverly Hills, is searching for a litigation paralegal to support a very experienced group of personal injury attorneys. This law firm prides itself on fighting for each and every client and are advocates for those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another. The ideal candidate will adjust to a very fast paced environment. We value professional growth and provide a team-first environment where each employee can make a difference.Qualifications
- Must have 3 yrs. experience with personal injury cases.
- Excellent writing skills
- Competent in Complex Discovery
- Organized and can handle many tasks at once.
- Experience drafting and filing pleadings to trial
- Respond to and propound written discovery for attorney review
- Prepare pleadings and documents for court filing
- Interact with clients, court staff, opposing counsel and staff, experts, and third parties*
