This role is ideal for a paralegal who understands the litigation process from start to finish, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and can confidently manage a busy caseload alongside attorneys.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from filing through resolution or trial.
- Manage a litigation caseload of 40–50+ active matters.
- Draft and coordinate discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, medical records, and deposition materials.
- Maintain case deadlines, court filings, and client communications.
- Utilize Filevine and other legal technology tools to keep cases moving efficiently.
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and workup.
- Potentially assist with training, mentoring, and overseeing other litigation paralegals as the team grows.
What They're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process from inception through trial.
- Experience supporting a high-volume litigation practice.
- Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
