Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high‑volume, fast‑paced litigation practice. This role is client‑critical and immediately impactful, supporting multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation. Due to sustained case volume, this is a must‑fill position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial
Draft and prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and litigation filings
Coordinate e‑filings in Georgia state and federal courts
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and litigation databases
Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars across multiple matters
Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of Georgia court procedures and filing requirements
Experience handling active case loads in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Trial preparation experience
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms
Experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, employment, or civil litigation
